Here’s some food for thought for today….
- How often do you smile?
- Do you smile at a person?
- Do you smile at a thing?
- Do you smile at a memory?
- Do you smile when you go to work?
- Do you smile when you come home from work?
- Do you smile when you stand in line at the market?
- Do you smile at church?
- Do you smile in your dreams?
- Do you smile when you make Love?
- Do you smile when you step into your home?
- Do you smile at little children?
- Do you smile at teenagers?
- Do you smile at your peers?
- Do you smile at the elderly?
- Do you smile at trees?
- Do you smile at birds? Cats? Dogs? Snakes? Fish? Squirrels? Spiders?
- Do you smile when you are hungry? When you are full?
- Do you smile when you’ve done something nice?
- Do you smile when you’ve done something not so nice?
- Do you smile at yourself in the mirror?
- How honest is your smile?
- Does your smile come from your heart? Can you feel it born from there?
- When was the last time you smiled?
- Do your eyes sparkle when you smile?
- When did someone last smile at you? How did that make you feel?
- Has a smile ever hurt you?
- Have you ever hidden behind a smile?
- Which is more memorable to you: A dozen roses or a smile?
- Ever smile at the Moon? Or the Wind? Or the Rain?
- Ever smile at Silence?
- Ever smile at the driver in a hurry?
- Ever answer the phone with a smile?
- Ever hear a smile?
Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though it’s breaking.
When there are clouds in the sky you’ll get by.
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You’ll see the sun come shining through
For you.
Light up your face with gladness,
Hide every trace of sadness.
Although a tear may be ever so near
That’s the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what’s the use of crying
